HOUSE RULES

Do’s
1. Please take care of the apartment and its furnishings. This is our home, not a hotel.
2. Please keep it clean and tidy and consider future guests.
3. Please respect your neighbors and other residents. No loud noise.
4. Turn off air-conditioning, heating, lights, and appliances when you leave the apartment.
5. Keep doors and windows locked when you leave the room.
6. Rubbish must be separated, into burnable and recyclable (glass, metal, plastic bottles).
7. Please take off your shoes in the apartment.

Don’ts
At all times in the apartment:
8. No smoking
9. No pets
10. No parties/events
11. No unauthorized extra guests

Before Checkout
12. Please tidy the apartment, wash dishes, and pick up garbage.
13. If there are any heavily soiled, damaged or missing items, their replacement cost will be deducted from your deposit.
14. Please turn off air conditioning, heating, lights and appliances.
15. Please lock the doors and windows.

Other Notes
16. Check-in time is after 4PM, and check out is before 11AM.
17. Please book and pay for the correct number of guests. To calculate rates, children are counted as adults.
18. We will meet you at the apartment for check-in, or during your stay. Please show your ID if asked.
19. The building's common areas are not for guests' use. Please do not loiter in the building hallways or lobby.
20. Please note that the building security, cleaning staff, or neighbors are unable to serve you. If you need any assistance during your stay, please send us a message.
21. Do not receive any guests, and do not answer the door to unknown persons.

19. 建筑的公共区域都没有供客人使用。请不要在建筑物走廊或大厅游荡。
20. 请注意,该大厦保安,保洁员,或邻居是无法为您提供服务。如果您需要在您入住期间的任何帮助,请给我们留言。
21. 不要接收任何客人,也不要开门给不明身份者。
